How to transfer a Yat, a Prism Case or a Prism Key from your Yat account to another Yat account

To transfer a Yat: 
You can use the transfer feature within your Yat dashboard. To do this: select the Yat you would like to transfer, click the transfer button (two arrows in a purple circle), and type the email you would like to transfer the Yat to.
 

To transfer a Prism Case or a Prism Key:
Simply send an email to transfer@y.at from the email associated with your Yat account and tell us the email address of the new Yat account that will receive the transfer.

Once we receive the request we will respond within 24 hours.

Please Note:

  • SEALED Prism Keys and Prism Cases will not show up in your Yat account at this time, if you would like to confirm your account contains a SEALED Prism Key or Prism Case please first find your order number from the order confirmation email and then email it to us at support@y.at using your Yat account's email and we will confirm the status of your SEALED case.
  • OPENED Prism Cases or Prism Keys cannot be transferred, only the Yats they contained may be transferred.
  • Any Yat Power-up configurations will be lost when the Yat is transferred. Please save any data before requesting a transfer.
  • Yat Labs is not responsible for any loss or claims due to a transfer.
