Why can't I transfer my Yat?

Some Yats that were purchased with crypto are locked for security reasons by our system after purchase. When you attempt to make the transfer you will see an error message. Please reach out through our contact form here for assistance! 

Is there a delay in transfers after purchase?

You should be able to transfer & mint your Yat immediately after purchasing. However, some crypto payments have caused issues as they are marked "delayed" in Coinbase commerce. If you are having trouble transferring your Yat or minting, please reach out to support@y.at
