How to change your Yat email address?

If you need to change the e-mail address you initially registered with simply use the automated transfer feature and follow the process via email!

1.On your Yat dashboard, click on the settings dropdown on the bottom left. The settings dropdown will expand with a list of options. Click on the first option 'Yats' as shown in the image below

2. You will be redirected to the Yativerse section of your Yat dashboard where will can see all your Yats. Select the Yat that you wish to transfer. Now click on the three-dot button on the right. This will open a dropdown with options, select ' Transfer Yat'

3. You will now see the Yat transfer menu. Please enter the email address associated with the Yat account to which you intend to transfer the particular Yat.

4. On clicking the 'Next Step' button, you will be prompted to enter the 4 digit security code that is sent to your Yat account email. Enter the code and finalize the transfer. Another code will be sent to the Yat account email of the recipient. 

5. After both sides (you and the recipient) have verified the codes, the Yat will be transferred.

If the process above is not working, please send in an email to support@y.at from your Yat account email address and describe your issue.

Please Note: Any Yat Power-up configurations will be lost when the Yat is transferred. Please save any data before requesting a transfer.
