What is Metamask?

MetaMask is a software-based cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to interact with blockchain-based applications in a secure-yet-simple way.

What does that mean to you?

It is a browser extension or mobile app which you can install that will plug into Yat and connect you to OpenSea, through which you will be able to mint your Yat into NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

The easiest way to get started if you don't have MetaMask yet is to browse directly to OpenSea and click on the "Account" icon.

Make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you follow the directions for recording your Secret Recovery Phrase as neither MetaMask nor Yat will ever be able to assist you if you lose access to your account.

Once connected to OpenSea, return to Yat and connect it to Yat by going to the Minting section.
