I won in Yat Fantasy, how do I claim my prize?

Congratulations on winning a prize in Yat Fantasy! 

To claim your prize, you can reach out to support@y.at via email. We generally reach out to all individual winners within 24 hours of completion of the competition. 

When claiming your prize, please note we require the following information: 

1. Your (ETH) wallet address, unless directed otherwise 

2. A picture of your valid government ID or passport 

3. If your prize exceeds $600 USD in value we require a completed W8 or W9 form in compliance with US law.
